Terms
Saffi Dealership is provided by Serfis for dealership customer re-engagement workflows. Dealerships are responsible for using the service lawfully, importing only data they are authorized to use, and honoring unsubscribe, opt-out, do-not-contact, and similar requests.
Privacy
Serfis processes dealership account details, connected inbox metadata, imported customer records, message activity, billing status, and operational logs needed to run and secure Saffi. Serfis does not sell customer data.
Connected inboxes
Saffi uses OAuth authorization for Gmail or Outlook connections and does not ask for mailbox passwords. Dealership administrators control connected inboxes, schedules, and eligible audiences.
Email compliance
Dealerships must comply with laws and platform rules that apply to their outreach, including consent, identification, offer accuracy, suppression lists, and opt-out obligations.
Billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled unless a written agreement says otherwise. Plan limits, monthly email allowances, and feature access may vary by tier.
